Background

More than 10 years of experience within HR and Talent Acquisition, and more than 600 completed recruitments throughout my career.

For the past five years, I have worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Abacus Medicine Group, managing full-cycle recruitment internationally. I have recruited in more than 18 European countries and helped build new teams and functions in five European countries.

My recruitment experience covers the full spectrum — from C-level and senior management to specialists, graduates and assistants, and pretty much everything in between.

My main areas of expertise are Pharma & Pharma-Tech, Construction, and Railway & Infrastructure, but my experience goes well beyond these industries. I have recruited across functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Communication, IT & Digital, Operations and other support functions.
