This privacy policy explains how HOLMER — International Headhunting & Recruitment collects and uses personal data when you visit holmer-recruitment.com, contact us or apply for a position we are recruiting for.

2. When you contact us
If you use the contact form or write to us, we process the information you give us: your name, company, email address and/or phone number and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), or steps prior to entering into a contract with you (art. 6(1)(b)).
- Storage: messages from the contact form are sent to our email inbox and are not stored on the website.
- Retention: we delete enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration after 12 months. If we enter into an agreement, correspondence is kept for as long as necessary for the agreement and our bookkeeping obligations.
3. When you apply for a position
Open positions on this website link to our career site, run on Teamtailor. Applications, CVs and other documents are submitted and stored in Teamtailor — never on this website. We process your application to assess your suitability for the position you applied for and, with the client’s involvement, to present you as a candidate.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering into an employment contract at your request (art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in carrying out the recruitment (art. 6(1)(f)). If you consent to us keeping your application for future positions, the basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Sharing: with your knowledge, relevant information is shared with the client company that has the open position.
- Retention: if you are not employed, your application is deleted no later than 6 months after the recruitment has ended, unless you consent to us keeping it for longer.
4. When you visit the website
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for visitors. See our cookie policy.
Like all websites, the web server records technical information such as IP address, browser and the pages requested in server logs, which are used to operate and protect the website (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). The website’s security protection also records the IP address of failed login attempts, which are deleted after 60 days. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for operation and security purposes.
5. Processors and recipients
We use the following processors, with whom we have data processing agreements:
- Simply.com (Denmark) — website hosting, backups and email.
- Teamtailor (Sweden) — recruitment system and career site.
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.
